We are Bob and Carol Sanders. We are Part-Time Travelers. Here you can get a sampling of where we are and what we are experiencing.

We opted for a change this year.  For the last several years, we have been spending January thru March in Florida.  This year we decided to head out West.  We are traveling with John and Tillie, friends that we met in Florida a couple of years ago.  We will make a beeline to Quartzsite, Arizona, the winter mecca for RV'ers.  It has a summertime population of about 2500 and in the winter it becomes the 3rd largest city in Arizona, with a population approaching a million.  There is an RV Show, then a Gem Show, then an Antique Car Show.  Unlike our carefully orchestrated trips to Florida, where we have to make reservations months in advance to ensure that we have a place to stay, we have made no plans for this trip, other than to head to Quartzsite for 2 weeks to a month, then we will decide where to head next.
